You can use the table below for the acceptable noise level for each hour. You can tabulate to get the correct dBA if the hour you need is between the number shown.

Here are some number on the dBA for the Offshore Living Quarters

Sleeping quarters 45
Control room 55
Utility and storage, switchgear rooms 70
First aid room 45
Recreation areas 55
Mess rooms 55
TV and film room 55
