My simulation model contains dry Gas / Lean Glycol exchanger but I was told that it is not recomended. Can someone share knowledge on this issue?

Dry Gas/Lean Glycol exchanger is more suited if there is not much variation in gas flow however, if the large turndowns are needed, a Lean TEG Cooler is more suited than a Gas/Glycol Exchanger. This is due to a relatively fixed TEG circulation rate versus a varying gas rate which gives no control over the exiting gas temperature.
