It does typically not include a mooring design with the chains attached at the keel level.

The aft mooring chains should be attached above keel level and should be constrained to h-b ≤ 4 meters, where h is the distance above keel level and b is distance from the vertical side of the vessel.

The bow mooring chains should be attached above keel level and below deck level but not subjected to the same constraints as the aft mooring chain connections.

It will have a cost impact (increase) due to additional structural reinforcement required to extend attachment point to keel level.
